Welcome to the Duplex de Pontaly, a spacious 120 m² rural holiday cottage that can accommodate up to 7 people, located in a magnificent 19th-century farmhouse that’s still in operation, in the heart of the Yvelines countryside.

Surrounded by fields and nature, this semi-detached holiday cottage offers a peaceful and relaxing setting, ideal for a family getaway, a weekend with friends, or a vacation exploring western Paris. Here, the tranquility of the Countryside blends perfectly with the proximity to the most beautiful tourist sites in Île-de-France.

Kids will be delighted to interact with the animals on the property: horses, goats, and other farm animals add to the authentic charm of the place. Nature lovers, for their part, will appreciate the unspoiled surroundings, perfect for walks and relaxation.

On sunny days, make the most of the furnished terrace with a barbecue to enjoy convivial meals overlooking the surrounding Countryside. Parking is available on the property.

The holiday cottage also welcomes riders and their horses—a rare feature that’s particularly appreciated in the region. Pets are allowed. Please note that there are dogs on the property.

Holiday cottage 120 m² adjoining gîte n° 1169.

On the first floor, a spacious living room opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.).
On the same level, the first bedroom has a 140x190 bed, and a connecting bathroom with shower and washbasin. The toilets are independent.
On the 1st floor, accessible via a staircase, you'll find two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. The first bedroom has two 90x190 beds that can be made into one 180x190 bed, and a bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has three 90x190 beds and a shower room. A 2nd independent toilet on the first floor.

In fine weather, you can enjoy the terrace with barbecue. Parking available on the property. Horses and riders welcome.

Owner does not allow smoking in the Holiday cottage.
