The apartment for 3 people is located on the upper floor of a detached house available for year-round rent and is accessible via an outdoor staircase.

It features a living room with a 140x190 sofa bed that can serve as an extra bed, and a 110cm TV.
The kitchen is separate and equipped with an oven, a microwave, a countertop refrigerator, and a dishwasher.
The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed and storage space, and the second bedroom, with a sloped ceiling, has a Bed 90x190.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Parking is available on the lawn of the house below.
Electric heating with utilities included; bed linen and towels provided.
