75 m² house set against a limestone cliff typical of the region. The entrance opens onto a private, unoverlooked courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.

First floor: living room with dining area and 80 cm TV, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave and pod coffee maker. There's also a bathroom with an 80x80cm shower cubicle and WC.

Upstairs: one bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a second bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, plus a crib. You'll have access to a high-speed WIFI connection (fiber optic) and a shower room with corner shower and WC.

A troglodyte cellar is available for bicycle parking, and there is free parking in a private parking lot.
