Set near the owners’ home while maintaining its independence, this comfortable studio features a private outdoor area of about 50 m² with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. You’ll also enjoy a pleasant view of the owners’ tree-lined garden, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

One of the holiday cottage’s greatest assets is its exceptional location: within 100 meters, you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafés, Public transport, and the famous Maule market, which brings the town center to life every Saturday. A convenience store is just 300 meters away.
