First floor: two bedrooms with 140x190cm beds. Bathroom with shower and washbasin, washing-machine dryer. Separate WC.

Second part :
Ground floor: large fitted kitchen. Dining room opening onto the living room. One bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, shower room with PMR 120x100cm shower, washbasin and WC.
First floor: four bedrooms with one 140x190cm bed. One bedroom with private bathroom with shower and washbasin. A shower room with shower and WC. Separate WC.

Terrace and enclosed garden of 3000 m². Secure gated parking on the property. Barbecue, garden furniture.
