This cottage of 60 m², completely renovated, is located in a farmhouse in a charming village very quiet.
You have on the ground floor a kitchen open to the living room with a kitchen area (microwave, oven, induction hob, washing machine dryer), a lounge area TV, and a dining area.
Upstairs, accessible by stairs, you have the bedroom with a double bed 160x200, a bathroom with bath and sink, and separate toilet.
The last attic, very attic, hosts a third bed 90x190.
You have a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You can park your car in the secure residence.
\ nAdditional person: 10 € / bed / night 20km from Mantes la Jolie, or Saint Germain en Laye. It is 30 km from Versailles, 40 km from Giverny and 5 km from Thoiry.
The cottage is located 17km from the leisure base of Saint Quentin en Yvelines and France Miniature.

C'est toujours un bon moment.....
