Housed in a separate building that was once part of a farmhouse, near the owners’ home, the holiday cottage offers 118 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 6 people. The enclosed, tree-lined garden allows kids to play safely, while the large, enclosed courtyard provides ample parking for several vehicles. An ideal setting to enjoy the tranquility of the Countryside while remaining close to amenities and major transportation routes.

In less than 5 minutes, you can reach the shops, restaurants, and services in Montfort-l’Amaury, as well as the Montfort-l’Amaury–Méré train station, which takes you to Paris-Montparnasse in about 35 minutes. Close to the owners' house, you'll appreciate the calm of the place and the unobstructed view over the fields.

On the first floor, the living room overlooks the garden. Relaxation area with two sofas, TV and Gllum is cool.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). Separate WC.

Upstairs, you'll find a first bedroom with two 90x190cm beds. Communicating shower room. A second bedroom with two 90x190cm beds and a third bedroom with a 160x190cm bed.
