This two-room apartment of 36 m2 is located on the ground floor. It overlooks a courtyard and a private garden, which will make everyone happy on sunny days, furnished with garden furniture, barbecue.
The apartment consists of a separate bedroom with a bed of 140x190 overlooking the courtyard, storage space with wardrobe and shelves. The living room, overlooking the street, has an open kitchen with microwave and oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer, a dining room area of a relaxation area with a sofa bed comfort for use daily.
The bathroom, narrow, has a shower and a sink. The toilets are independent. Charges are not included. Possibility to park easily and free on the street.
