Andrésy, a commune in the Yvelines department, is located on the banks of the Seine, offering picturesque walks along the river. The banks of the Seine are ideal for relaxation and contemplation.

At the foot of the GR2 footpath, the gîte is close to an exceptional setting, just a few minutes' walk from the Ile de Nancy, accessible by ferry from the embarcadère, the confluence of the Oise and Seine rivers. This verdant island regularly hosts exhibitions.

Just 2km from Conflans Fin d'Oise RER A station, you'll be 25 minutes by train from the La Défense business district, 30 minutes from the Champs-Elysées and Arc-de-Triomphe, and 35 minutes from central Paris. 1km from the Andrésy SNCF train station (Paris-St Lazare line), which takes 40 minutes to reach Gare Saint-Lazare.
7km from Cergy, 12km from St Germain-En-Laye, 26km from Versailles (a City, a Castle, the city of the French art of living with its many historic sites to discover) and 27km from Mantes-la-Jolie.

You'll enjoy a town house on three levels.
On the first floor, you'll find a fitted kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
On the 1st floor, the 20m² living room features a relaxation area with TV and a fireplace to warm up your winter evenings. This relaxation area can be transformed into a sleeping area with two 80x200 beds that can be converted into a 160x200 bed.
On the 2nd floor, the bedroom has two 80x200 beds that can also be converted into a 160x200 bed, plus storage space. A second, narrower bedroom (7m²) can be used as an extra bed, with an 80x200 sofa bed. Separate WC. Cot and high chair available.
On sunny days, you can enjoy a barbecue on the small terrace in front of the gîte. Free first flambé. Gas central heating with utilities included, bed linen provided.
