Ferme de Genièvre, located in Craches, a hamlet in the commune of Prunay-en-Yvelines, is a typical square Beauceron farmhouse built in the 18th century.

Peaceful location, ideal for relaxation, calm and country charm, close to major tourist attractions: Versailles, Chartres...

In the heart of a small village typical of the Yvelines region, and just 10 minutes by car from the town of Rambouillet, you'll enjoy all the advantages of the countryside, while being close to all amenities (supermarket, restaurants...).

You're also just a 10-minute drive from the Haute Chevreuse regional park (and 25 minutes from the Château de Breteuil). And a 30-minute drive from the world-renowned city of Chartres, with its UNESCO-listed cathedral.

For a trip to Paris, you can choose to travel to Rambouillet and take the Transilien train directly to Gare Montparnasse (trains every 15 minutes or so during the day). Or drive directly to Paris (50 minutes to the south of Paris).

On the farm is a typical Beauceron square farm built in the 18th century, with several independent buildings, one of which has been converted into a guest house. Here you can meet donkeys, ducks and moorhens.

On the first floor, you'll find an independent bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, en-suite shower room and WC.
Two beautiful rooms with exposed beams for table d'hôtes, breakfasts, family gatherings or seminars.
Upstairs, accessible by a staircase, two other bedrooms have 1 bed 160 x200 and a 4th bedroom has 2 beds 90x190 (extra bed possible) with private shower room and WC.

A 5th bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 on the upper floor with independent access.

Large wooded park of 2.5 ha with orchards, vegetable garden and secure Lake. On-site reception room for 120 people.
