Located in Soindres, in a peaceful rural setting, this contemporary, single-story 80 m² holiday cottage welcomes you to the Ferme des Vallées, a family-run mixed-crop farm. Built of wood and designed to offer maximum comfort, it has been awarded the “Tourism and Handicap” certification for guests who are hearing impaired, have mobility issues, or suffer from visual or cognitive impairments.

Upon arrival, you’ll be struck by the spaciousness, tranquility, and lush greenery surrounding the property. Here, the countryside comes into its own, in a relaxing setting where you’ll quickly forget how close you are to cities and major highways.

La Ferme des Vallées is a farm that has evolved over generations. For several years now, the owners have been committed to balancing agronomy and ecology by developing farming practices that respect the soil, Biodiversity, and natural balances. This approach fosters an environment rich in flora and fauna, offering visitors a true immersion in a preserved and vibrant Countryside.

The holiday cottage is fully accessible to people with limited mobility thanks to its access ramp, lowered thresholds, accessible bedroom, and adapted bathroom.

80 m² single-storey wooden gîte, Tourism and Handicaps label (hearing, motor, visual, mental). Contemporary construction, located on a farm (mixed farming). Restful, high-quality environment.

You'll find a living room with a 2-person sofa bed, TV/TNT/DVD/ Hifi, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a laundry room with washer/dryer, and a separate bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be made up to 180x200, and an adjoining shower room with shower and toilet, accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A second bedroom is equipped with two 90x200 beds, also with shower and toilet.
A large wooden terrace with electric barbecue. Unenclosed private garden and indoor parking.
