Located in Raizeux, a charming village in the Yvelines region nestled between forests and nature, the Elvis Presley holiday cottage is a spacious 175 m² property that can accommodate up to 8 people. Housed on the upper floor of a charming historic building, it is part of a property comprising four holiday cottages—Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, Georges Brassens, and Johnny and Eddy—as well as the owner’s home.

The estate spans 22 hectares of wooded grounds, surrounded by Forest, a river, and an unsecured pond, offering a rare and unspoiled environment perfect for peace, relaxation, and outdoor activities. It’s the ideal place to get together with family or friends, or to enjoy a getaway in the countryside near Paris.

Nature lovers will appreciate the many walking trails right on the property. You can explore the estate’s trails, watch the horses on the property, and fully enjoy the wide-open spaces surrounding the holiday cottage.

Access to a corridor leading to the bedrooms with a few steps: Master bedroom with sitting area and a 160x200 bed, bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, two bedrooms with 1 140x190 bed each.
Wifi (fiber). Cot on request. Open garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Petanque, basketball and tennis courts available. Possibility of strolling through the 22ha park, with horses.
