Côté Parc is a charming city house that can accommodate up to 7 people. It offers a modern, cozy, and convenient setting from which to explore Marly-le-Roi and the most beautiful sites in western Paris.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms offer views of the park and are equipped with a TV, allowing everyone to enjoy their own private space to relax. The house is designed for a comfortable stay, whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or on a business trip.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a beautiful, tree-lined terrace of about 80 m², furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. This space is ideal for sharing a meal, relaxing after a day of sightseeing, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet.

A private parking space, secured by a gate, is available for your use.

The accommodation is offered on an all-inclusive basis: utility costs, bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay housekeeping are included in the rate.
