3/5We had a lovely holiday at the gite, but it was cold, and we could not get the heaters to work and there was not enough bedding on the beds. The bedrooms were quite cramped and the beds were uncomfortably low from the floor. The kitchen was not very well equipped, eg no cups or mugs and very few saucepans. However when the weather improved we very much enjoyed sitting and eating on the terrace.

I'm deeply sorry that our lodging displeased you and in consequence lacked confort. However during your stay i asked you "if everything was fine and if something was missing" you should not have hésitate to ask me to give you me services, so we would have done everiting.we could to make you stay as pleasant as possible.
