Totally independent 90 m² "nature" gîte, accessible via a 2.5km carriage road (through the park and woods of the 140-hectare estate). Very quiet gîte in the middle of the woods.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, pod coffee maker), living room with 80cm flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided free of charge). Separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90*200 (possibility of a double bed 180*200) and a bedroom with 3 beds 90*190. Shower room with Italian shower 165*90cm (slightly elevated).
Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
