Single-storey gîte for 4 people located on the ground floor of another gîte.
Entrance to the living room with open and equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, pod coffee maker). Living room with sofa and 107cm connected TV, wifi fiber optic connection.
Two bedrooms each with 2 90x200cm beds (possibility of 1 180x200cm bed). A bathroom with 120x86cm shower and WC. No baby equipment available.
Shared courtyard with the owners with garden furniture and barbecue. Free parking on the street, possibility of parking a vehicle in the enclosed courtyard with agreement from the owners.
Private terrace accessible from the 12m² living room, garden furniture.

Electric heating with charges included, sheets and towels provided.
