A single-story holiday cottage accessible via two steps, located on the ground floor of the owners' home.

Ground floor:
Dining area with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, small freezer, mini-oven, microwave, 3-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, and washing machine.
One bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm).
One bedroom with two beds (90x200 cm) and an 80-cm TV.
Bathroom with a bathtub (shower curtain) and toilet.
No living area. Wi-Fi (fiber).

Access to the holiday cottage is via a narrow alley. An 80m² enclosed, flower-filled courtyard reserved exclusively for your use.
From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the City and relax on the patio furniture or have a charcoal barbecue.
One parking space for a standard-sized vehicle is reserved in front of the holiday cottage entrance.

Located in a semi-basement house, the holiday cottage benefits from natural air conditioning, which is particularly pleasant in the summer. The indoor temperature remains pleasantly cool, rarely exceeding 25 °C, ensuring optimal comfort even during heat waves.

Utility costs are included; bed linen and towels are provided.
End-of-stay cleaning is available as an option.
