First floor: fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 induction hobs, pod coffee maker, oven.

Upstairs: bright living room with TV, Bose speaker, 2 sofas and sofa bed. Baby chair.
Bathroom with bath, washbasin and washing machine. 2 separate WCs with washbasins.
One bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm and two bedrooms with 2 beds 80x200cm (possibility of 1 double bed 160x200cm).
Two bedrooms have private 90x90cm showers and washbasins.

Private enclosed garden with trees, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
Private, secure parking for one vehicle. Possibility of parking in the street opposite the property. Bike storage available.

Bed linen and towels provided.
Arrivals possible from 4 pm to 8 pm and departures between 8 am and 11 am. Music after 10 pm prohibited, EVJF and EVG not authorized.
