Rural Gîte of 90 m² on the 1st floor, of a building (the ground floor is occupied by the offices of the working farm (cereal)).

Open fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, 4-burner ceramic hob).

3 bedrooms each with 2 beds 90*200cm (possibility of configuring 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 180*200cm). Separate toilets. Bathroom with shower 80*80cm, double sink, electric towel rail, hair dryer, washing machine.
Enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking secured by a gate on the property for several passenger or utility vehicles.
