90 m² gîte on the 1st floor of a building (the first floor is occupied by the offices of the working farm).

Open, fully-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, 4-burner ceramic hob.

Dining/living room with TV screen, 80cm, DVD player) and WIFI.
Three bedrooms, each with two single beds 90x200cm (possibility of configuring two bedrooms with a double bed 180x200cm). Separate WC and bathroom with 80x80cm shower, double washbasin, electric towel rail, hair dryer and washing machine.

Enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Secure gated parking on the property for several cars or vans.

Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Bathroom linen optional. Energy charges included in the price (underfloor heating).
