Located in the northern part of the Parc naturel régional du Vexin Français, it is an ideal place for walking and relaxation, with numerous trails to explore on foot, on horseback or by bike, and only a few kilometers from the Paris conurbation. If you'd like to combine nature and culture in a discovery mode, visit the Maison du Parc in Théméricourt 11km away. La Roche Guyon, one of France's "most beautiful villages", with its medieval castle, keep and troglodyte houses, 25km, CERGY-PONTOISE 30km. Giverny (Claude Monet foundation) 33km. PARIS 57km. Spacious Holiday cottage for family gatherings. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer) opening onto a large 73m² living room (can be used for meetings, room can be rented for 50 people). Screen for video projector. WIFI (fiber). 1 bedroom accessible to PRM (persons with reduced mobility): 1 bed 160x200cm, private shower room. 3 shared WCs. Upstairs, a shower room with 2 shower cubicles, washbasin. 2 en-suite bedrooms: 1st bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm and 2 bunk beds, washbasin. 2nd bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bed 90x190cm, washbasin. 2 other en-suite bedrooms: 1st with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed, washbasin. The 2nd with 2 bunk beds. The high bed is not suitable for Kids under 6. 180m² enclosed courtyard, parking for 5 cars. Electric vehicle charging station (conditions to be seen on site 0.50€/Kwh). The Holiday cottage has no garden. Energy charges included.
Linen kit included, bath sheets: 5€/person. Weekends from Friday 6pm to Sunday 6pm One-day package, only from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm: 150€. One-night+one-day package: from 6pm to 6pm, Monday to Thursday only. This Holiday cottage is located close to houses, so please respect the peace and quiet of the area.
