Located in a calm and green environment, independent detached house of 130 m² with garage. Farm of the owners at 30 meters.
On the ground floor: fitted kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, filter coffee maker and Senseo pod), bright living room/lounge, view of the orchard and animals, with TV flat screen, TNT, fiber internet reception, open fireplace (occasionally), library. 1 bedroom (with 1 bed 140*190), bathroom with a cabin shower (90*90), basin. Separate toilets.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 90*200 and 120*190)(2 beds 90*190)(1 bed 140*190 and 1 cot). Shower room with cabin shower (80*80), basin, WC, washing machine.
Enclosed garden with terrace and forest garden table, barbecue. Parking space in the yard.
Charges included (gas heating). For the comfort of all, non-smoking gite. WIFI connection. Linen package and possibility of end-of-stay cleaning. About 22 kilometers northwest of Paris, while staying in a quiet place, located in the Plaine de France, on the edge of the Montmorency forest, which is a splendid green lung among the many towns that surround it, visit neighboring towns such as Enghien-les-Bains, 6 km away, known for its spa town, casino, racetracks and lake, or Montmorency, famous for its castle and park.
Piscop is well served by public transport, providing easy access to Paris and surrounding towns. Domont station 2km away (towards Paris Gare du Nord).
Many shopping centers within 2km, Ecouen (National Museum of the Renaissance, castle) 4 km. Basilica of Saint Denis at 11 km. Stade de France at 13 km. Weekend du nouvel an
5/5Séjour très agréable entre amis deux couples avec 4enfants. Logement fonctionnel et très bien aménagé pour 8 personnes. Nous avons été sur Paris en prenant le train a Daumont a 2minutes du logement . Propriétaire très agréable et a nôtre écoute . Nous gardons l'adresse pour a nouveau revenir . Merci beaucoup

Une ferme en ville
4/5Tout fut parfait sauf la literie, de plus il manquait quelques éléments de première nécessité que nous serions aller chercher si les commerces avaient été ouverts.
(Un peu de : sel, poivre, sucre, liquide et tablette lave vaisselle, 2 ou 3 dosettes de café....)- Cleanliness 5/5

Après échange avec la locataire, un des petits lits serait défectueux

7 days in Piscop . .
5/5A perfect location with beautiful views. Quiet and peaceful generally, and after the first day, forgot about the aeroplanes flying through CDG Airport.
Our children had not been to Paris before, (well, technically, they had visited Versailles Palace 16 yeard previously, as my wife was 6 month's pregnant with our twins when we visited then).
We were pleasantly surprised to find free car parking at Ecouen Ezanville rail station and easy inexpensive travel into Gare du Nord, for visits to Pompidou Centre, Eiffel Tower, Louvres, shopping on Champs Elysee, bateaux mouche tour on The Seine etc. etc.
Our children and my daughters best friend, who stayed with us, enjoyed an evening practising their French with some young local people at a bar restaurant within walking distance of our Gite.
We were also fortunate enough to be in Piscop on the Eve of Bastille Day with a view of an amazing fireworks display celebration from our Gite.
Shops including Le Clerc and Super U, along with hairdressers, boulangerie etc. very close by.
We would thoroughly recommend a stay at this Gite at any time of year and will hopefully return in the future.

TRADUCTION
7 jours à Piscop. .
Un emplacement parfait avec de belles vues. Calme et paisible en général, et après le premier jour, j'ai oublié les avions qui traversent l'aéroport CDG.
Nos enfants n'étaient jamais allés à Paris auparavant (enfin, techniquement, ils avaient visité le château de Versailles 16 ans auparavant, car ma femme était enceinte de 6 mois de nos jumeaux lors de notre visite à l'époque).
Nous avons été agréablement surpris de trouver un parking gratuit à la gare d'Ecouen Ezanville et des déplacements faciles et peu coûteux vers la Gare du Nord, pour des visites du Centre Pompidou, de la Tour Eiffel, du Louvre, du shopping sur les Champs Elysées, des bateaux mouches sur la Seine, etc. etc.
Nos enfants et le meilleur ami de mes filles, qui sont restés avec nous, ont passé une soirée à pratiquer leur français avec des jeunes locaux dans un bar-restaurant à distance de marche de notre gîte.
Nous avons également eu la chance d'être à Piscop la veille du 14 juillet en vue d'un incroyable feu d'artifice depuis notre gîte.
Commerces dont Le Clerc et Super U, ainsi que coiffeurs, boulangerie, etc. très proches.
Nous recommandons vivement un séjour dans ce gîte à tout moment de l'année et nous espérons y retourner à l'avenir. -
