Gîte de l'Orme

An estate in the middle of the village!

The gîte is located in the heart of Marines (in the Parc Naturel du Vexin Français), close to a number of shops within walking distance, including a bakery just outside the château, a crêperie and a pharmacy. It's the ideal place to recharge your batteries and enjoy walks, horse rides or bike rides on the many paths available just a few kilometers from the Paris conurbation. Bike rental at US train station 3 km.

La Maison du Parc de Théméricourt 10 km, Pontoise 16 km, Cergy 18 km, Auvers Sur Oise 22 km (museums, château, Impressionist site, Van Gogh tomb), Thoiry Zoo 41 km, Giverny and Fondation C. Monet at 42 km, Stade de France at 4 2km, Saint Germain en Laye at 33 km and La Défense and Nanterre at 40 km. Parcs Astérix 70 km and Disneyland 90 km away. Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport is 60 km away, and Beauvais-Tillé is within easy driving distance.

The gîte is located on a hunting estate.

The gîte is housed in the former stables of the Château de Marines, and is surrounded by a superb wooded park where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll (with access to a tennis court). If you're a horse-riding enthusiast, you can contact the equestrian center to arrange a ride. The janitor's house is attached to the accommodation.

First floor: entrance to fully-equipped kitchen (6-burner induction hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer), WC. Dining/living room with open fireplace (wood available), 130cm TV.
Upstairs (staircase closed by a door), long corridor (old terracotta floor tiles and exposed beams) leading to 5 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds 90x190cm (can be twinned into 1 double bed on request), toilet (washbasin). 2 shower rooms with showers and WC.
WIFI (fiber). Secure parking on the property. Shared laundry room with washing machine (on request).
