Separate WC and laundry area with washing machine.
Upstairs: One bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 and office area for telecommuting, a second bedroom with 1 bed 180x200 and 1 daybed 90x200. An additional sleeping area on the landing, separated by a screen, with 1 bed 90x200. Bathroom with Italian shower (120x90) and separate WC.
Oil-fired heating with utilities included. Linen and final cleaning included. Cot and high chair available.
Private enclosed garden of 400m² with covered terrace, gas grill and garden furniture. 4 bicycles available.
