A few steps lead up to the shower room with 120x90 Italian-style shower, washbasin and washing machine. Separate WC.
Bedroom with 1 bed 160*200. Baby equipment available.
Sheltered parking on the property for 1 vehicle. Garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. 2 adult bicycles available.

Linen and sheets provided at no extra charge. Electric heating with charges included. Wood for the fireplace with the first flambé free of charge, then payable on site (€30 per half stere). For everyone's comfort, this gîte is non-smoking. Pets accepted on request.
