Suites C&S

Treat yourself to a gentle interlude in the C&S Suites: these two beautiful bed and breakfast rooms have been designed as real bubbles of Wellbeing. Each space has been designed to offer comfort, privacy and relaxation...ideal for disconnecting from everyday life!

The bed and breakfast is in an outbuilding next to the home of your hosts, Carine and Sébastien.
Parking is available on the street, or inside the property on request (electric gate).

Bed and breakfast " Nid d'Oiseau " :
Located on the ground floor (2-step access) and measuring 30m², the room is equipped with a 160x200 suspended double bed, a Spa for 2 people, a kitchen area and a shower room with Italian-style shower and WC. It has a small terrace with garden furniture.

Doux Cocon" Bed and breakfast:
With a surface area of 50m², this suite has two areas:
The large bedroom, on the first floor (access by outside staircase with small terrace and garden furniture), is equipped with a kitchenette, a huge 180x200 double bed, a video projector with Amazon key, a shower (120x90) and a separate WC.
On the first floor, the bedroom leads to your own relaxation area with a 2-person Spa and infrared sauna.

To complete your stay, Carine and Sébastien offer the following services:
- Welcome kit, including slippers, shower gel and half a bottle of Champagne
- A free tour of the Champagne Épernay site
- Charcuterie platter, extra charge
- Possibility of massage by an outside service provider, extra charge (to be booked in advance)

Tourist tax extra.

- 10% discount for bookings made 1 month in advance (see owners).
- 15% discount for last-minute bookings 10 days before arrival (see owners).
