The Holiday cottage "Monarque" is located in an outbuilding in the heart of a beautiful wooded park of 9 ha fully enclosed with unprotected pond (park authorized for walks on trails) . Enclosure with two Shetlands.
Owners' house and other Holiday cottages on the same property (see cottages 495 and 525).
Private parking, 76m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, deckchairs.
Year-round heated indoor Piscine shared by all Holiday cottages (with time slots reserved for each cottage).
First floor: attractive living room with sofas and armchairs, TV and large dining table, fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). A large bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200) or a double bed (180x200) and en-suite shower room. WC/sink.
Upstairs: One bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and en-suite shower room/WC. One bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), a baby bed and a shower room/WC. 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90cm). One bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and shower room.
On the landing: 2 WCs, a shower room with washing machine.
Storage space in all bedrooms. Towel dryer and Italian-style shower in bathrooms.
Large 76 m² terrace with garden furniture.
- Included in price: Internet. Bed linen. Baby bed and booster seat available.
- In addition: electric heating and hot water according to consumption (price per kwh 0.16 € TTC subject to increase during the year). Tourist tax
- Optional services: bathroom linen (10 €/person). Cleaning package (100 €). Pets (5 €/night/pet) to be paid on site.

Bon contact avec la propriétaire, gîte vaste et confortable, parc magnifique avec des animaux qui ont bien intéressé les enfants, piscine couverte et chauffée extra...
2 petites pistes d amélioration:
éclairage plus chaud pour le séjour
voir pour un système permettant d' entreposer.les chaussures boueuses ailleurs que par terre dans l entrée du séjour(étagères?)- Cleanliness

Tonym Lovely gite in an attractive setting
All of the arrival arrangements were confirmed in good time before arriving at the gite. Everything we needed was available at the gite (apart from kitchen scales, which were probably there but we couldn't find them!). We had a bit of a problem with the dishwasher but Delphine came around quickly to help resolve the issue. The gite is a lovely building - formerly stables - within the grounds of the Chateau. The grounds themselves are lovely to walk around, with beautiful trees, lawns and a small lake. The gite is convenient for Disneyland Paris and Paris itself, both of which were visited by members of our group. It is also close to supermarkets and other facilities in the town of La Ferte-sous-Jouarre. Our whole group enjoyed the stay. I have only given 4/5 for Price-quality ratio ... but I am a tight-fisted Englishman!

Guy Séjour Monarque
C'est notre deuxième séjour dans ce gîte, spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. La piscine est un véritable plus. De même pour le parc.
Deux bémols : l'absence de véritables occultations pour les chambres et les horaires pas assez flexibles, notamment pour l'arrivée.- Cleanliness

FX72 Reposant
Gîte spacieux et bien équipé, tout à fait adapté pour un week-end ou plus, entre amis ou en famille. Le parc du château est très agréable.
