Welcome to Maison Vérosia, located in the beautiful village of St. Loup de Naud, just 150 m from its stunning Romanesque church (11th and 12th centuries), famous for its portal and magnificent sculptures.
A beautiful “Holiday cottage” on 2,600 m² of land, featuring an exceptional garden with an incredible collection of roses—which Véronique will tell you all about with great enthusiasm. The property participates in the “Couleur Jardin” and “Rendez-vous aux Jardins” events.

The 12-square-meter bedroom (with a Bed 160 x 200) is comfortable and bright, and features a private shower room and toilet.
A living-dining room (40 m²) and a library (15 m²) are available for guests’ use.
Breakfast and the table d’hôtes feature fruits and vegetables from the garden, along with homemade treats such as jams, cakes, and appetizers. A cozy fire in the fireplace may accompany your meals, depending on the season. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to join the table d’hôtes.

You can fully enjoy the diverse countryside (many hiking trails pass through the village), go for bike rides, and relax in the garden. Hikers and cyclists looking to stop for a break are welcome.

There, you’ll discover how the garden and kitchen garden, as well as the garden’s flora and fauna, change with the seasons; learn about various village events (concerts, festivals, etc.); and more.

Arrival by train: Longueville station from Paris Gare de l’Est.
For hikers, it’s possible to walk from the station.
We can pick you up at the station. Service available upon prior request (€10 per trip, €20 round trip).

Staying cool:
Stone house. Shutters, double-glazed windows, double curtains. On the ground floor, the living room and library stay very cool. Upstairs, the bedroom can be well ventilated at night via the landing (there is only one bedroom). As is the case everywhere, the longer the heat wave lasts, the higher the indoor temperatures rise.
The property is wooded and features several shaded areas.
A 5-minute walk away is a picnic area with a river and a wash house, offering views of the village, the church, and the ramparts.
Hiking trails pass through the woods above the house.
