Beautiful independent house with quality furniture, with private parking, large enclosed garden with flowers and trees, 100m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

NON-SMOKING GITE.
On the ground floor: Equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa, fireplace, TV, DVD player and board games, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200, Shower room with washing machine (heated towel dryer), a toilet independent.
On the 1st floor: large landing with BZ sofa, table football and games for children, a bedroom with 1 double bed 140x200, a bedroom with 3 beds 90x190 (or 1 bed 180 and 1 single bed) and private bathroom (dry -heated towel), separate WC.

Possibility of accommodating 3 more people with supplement, see owners (BZ sofa for 2 people + 1 extra bed).

Nice big house with large garden

Awesome big house with a great garden and a place to park. The owners are very nice and welcoming people, perfect communication. The equipment of the house is older but functional, there is everything that is needed. A big plus is the fully equipped kitchen including spices, oil etc.
My only complaint would be the short single beds, if you are taller you can barely fit. Overall, I would definitely recommend the accommodation and look forward to visiting again.

Super Gite pour moment en famille

J'ai loué le gite pour fêter Noel en famille, bonne communication avec les propriétaires, gestionnaire sur place très sympathique et arrangeant.
Cuisine très bien équipée, chambre spacieuse literie correct, terrain immense avec activité parfait pour les enfants.
Il manquait juste le matelas pour le lit parapluie et pas de feu de cheminée avec des enfants et bébé, c'était risqué.

Merci de nous informer sur le matelas du lit parapluie pour bébés. Nous sommes des parents d'enfants âgés de plus de 20 ans. Nous n'avions pas de matelas dans ces types de lits pour bébés à notre époque, nous n'avions que ce que nous vous avons fourni. Aucune autre personne ayant utilisé le lit auparavant n'a réclamé de matelas, c'est vous qui nous l'avez appris. Grâce à vous, nous pouvons nous améliorer. Désolé que cela ait affecté le confort de votre séjour.
Compte tenu de la cheminée, il y a de nombreux risques tels que l'intoxication au monoxyde de carbone en raison d'une mauvaise ventilation. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas les cheminées, c'est un vrai problème. Comme notre cheminée est assez grande, les enfants doivent être constamment surveillés par leurs parents lorsqu'un feu est fait.

Nous espérons que vous reviendrez un jour à L'Oustar.

Supertoller Aufenthalt in Buthier

Wir haben hier zu siebt ein paar supertolle Tage verbracht. Das Bouldergebiet Buthier und der Boulder Atomic Playboy sind fußläufig erreichbar (1 km). Alle anderen Bouldergebiete sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Im ile des loisir gibt es eine kleine Kletterhalle für Lead und Bouldern. Wer an einem Regentag mehr will kann nach Fontainebleau ins Karma fahren. Hier gibt es unter anderem sehr anspruchsvolle Wettkampfboulder und eine tolle Spraywall.
Das Haus selber ist ein Schmuckstück und ich habe jeden Tag neue interessante Sachen entdeckt. Ein typisches maison de campagne. Zwei Bäder und zwei Toiletten und die vollständig eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Kapselmaschine machen den Urlaub sehr angenehm. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Eigentümer haben Crashpads gekauft, die man mieten kann. Toller Service. Wenn es mehr Sterne gäbe würde ich sie uneingeschränkt vergeben.

Spacieux, très bien équipé, très beau vaste jardin

Nous venions pour une fête, le gîte était réservé seulement pour dormir nous n’avons pas pu en profiter pleinement. C’était un peu dommage, compte tenu du prix pour un simple hébergement. Néanmoins nous recommanderions ce gîte pour tout évènement à partager avec sa famille ou ses amis.
