Your NON-SMOKING accommodation:
Ground floor: Living room/lounge with a well-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave...), TV and sofa, bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rack, and washer-dryer, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 small attic bedrooms (the first with a 140x190 double bed and a desk, the second with 2 beds 90x190) and a toilet with a sink. Baby bed and high chair available upon request.

Your outdoor space:
You have access to a private courtyard with a lawn and flowers, featuring a terracotta-tiled patio, patio furniture, an electric grill, a parasol, and lounge chairs.

- Additional charges: Tourist tax

- Optional services: Bath linens rental (€2/person), cleaning fee (€60).

Pets are allowed free of charge but require an additional security deposit to be paid to the owner upon arrival.
