Your NON-SMOKER accommodation:
First floor: living room with open-plan, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc.), TV and sofa, shower room with Italian-style shower, towel dryer and washing-machine dryer, separate WC. Upstairs: 2 small attic bedrooms (the first with a 140x190 double bed and a desk, the 2nd with 2 90x190 single beds) and a toilet with washbasin. Baby bed and high chair available on request.

Your outdoor space:
A private courtyard with lawns and flowers, a terracotta terrace, garden furniture, electric barbecue, parasol and deckchairs.

- Included in the price: Bed linen. WIFI. Electricity: 8 kw/h/day. Water.

- Electric heating (metered, approx. €10-15 per day in winter), electricity. Tourist tax

- Optional extras: Linen hire (€2/person), cleaning charge (€60).

Pets allowed free of charge but with an additional deposit to be given to the owner on arrival.

Short stays 2 nights minimum (except summer)

For companies and business travelers: compulsory cleaning fee (60 €).
