Pretty detached Holiday cottage with enclosed garden (600 m²) bordered by wheat fields, next to the owners' house. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and deckchairs Ground floor: living/dining room (sofas, TV, DVD player), open-plan kitchen, shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC, laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. First floor: bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190), bathroom with WC. Roller shutters in each room. Outside storage for bikes and other equipment - Included in price: WIFI, bed linen, towels, cot and high chair - Additional charges: Electric heating, electricity and water (according to meter reading) and tourist tax - Optional extras: Housekeeping package (€80). Deposit: €600. Short stays 2 nights minimum (except July/August school vacations).
In the hamlet, wash-house with pond (fishing facilities) and pétanque court. Nearby: - Shops in Chenoise (2 km): bakery, grocery store, bar/tobacco/newspapers - Forest 2km away - Leisure activities: educational farm with pony and cart rental, Jumping Forest leisure park For companies and business travelers: compulsory cleaning fee (€80).

Le gîte est tres bien entretenu et assure un total confort.
Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur attention (location sur la semaine de Noël- Un sapin avait ete fait pour les enfants et le gîte décoré avec goût pour l occasion) et bienveillance. (Notre fin de séjour a ete atypique, ils se sont inquiétés de la situation et nous ont proposé leur aide, des solutions)
Je relouerai sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gite est confortable et parfaitement équipé. Ma femme a même pu couper des boutures d'hortensia.Merci beaucoup et joyeuses fêtes de fin d'année.
