70 km from Paris, 20 km from Fontainebleau, 8 km from Nangis, beautiful estate set in 10 ha of wooded parkland (forest, unprotected ponds 100 m from gîte, paddock with 2 sheep, one goat) in the heart of the Villefermoy forest.

2 Holiday cottages in an independent building. Parking in front of the Holiday cottages. Outdoor area with garden furniture and stone barbecue. Owners' house and bed and breakfast on the property. Other non-labeled accommodation on site. Unusual accommodations are also under development.
From mid-May to September, depending on weather conditions, access to the owners' outdoor swimming pool under certain conditions (standard swimwear and time slots to be agreed with the owners). The Piscine is shared by all tenants and owners.

GITE DU REZ-DE-CHAUSSEE: Fully-equipped kitchen (2-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine), living room with large table for 14 people, sofas, TV. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed (90), one bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200). 2 shower rooms with WC.

Holiday cottage on first floor (access by outside stairs): Fully-equipped kitchen (2-burner gas stove, oven, microwave) opening onto living room with sofa and TV. 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90cm). Shower room with washing machine, 1 separate WC.

- Included in the price: DRAPS PROVIDED (BEDS MADE) - FUEL HEATING INCLUDED. WIFI. Baby bed and high chair on request. Tumble dryer in outside room.

- Extra charge: Bathroom linen rental (8 €/person). Cleaning fee (120 €). Tourist tax
