70 km from Paris, 20 km from Fontainebleau, 8 km from Nangis, beautiful estate set in 10 ha of wooded parkland (forest, unprotected ponds 100 m from gîte, paddock with 2 sheep, one goat) in the heart of the Villefermoy forest.

Independent building comprising 2 Holiday cottages (1 ground-floor Holiday cottage and 1 upstairs Holiday cottage). Parking in front of Holiday cottages. Shared outdoor space with private garden furniture and stone barbecue. Owners' house and bed and breakfast on the property. Other non-labeled accommodation on site. Unusual accommodations are also under development.
From mid-May to September, depending on weather conditions, access to the owners' outdoor swimming pool under certain conditions (standard bathing suits and time slots to be arranged with the owners). The Piscine is shared by all tenants and owners.

Holiday cottage on first floor:
Fully-equipped kitchen (2-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine), living room with sofas, TV. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed (90), one bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200). 2 bathrooms with WC.

- Included in price: Bed linen. Oil-fired heating. WIFI. Baby bed and high chair on request. Shared tumble dryer in outdoor room.
