Les Sapins Verts

Welcome to Les Sapins Verts, a haven of peace located near Provins, in a charming Montois village. Whether you'd like to play a game of pétanque, lounge by the owners' pool in fine weather or explore the surrounding countryside, this comfortable gite is the ideal place for a successful getaway with family or friends!

Your home, beautifully decorated and furnished, is located at the rear of the property, in a former farmhouse comprising the owners' living quarters and shared outdoor areas: a courtyard where you can park your vehicle (gate closed) and a vast garden planted with trees and flowers. In an enclosure, 4 pullets will make you the soft eyes. During your stay, you're sure to make the acquaintance of Mojito, the family dog, who, with his playful character, will be begging to be petted!

Your non-smoking accommodation:
Ground floor: You enter directly into the cosy living room for a wow effect! The open-plan kitchen, accessible by a few steps, is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. An office area under the stairs, a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer complete this level. Upstairs are two bedrooms - the first with a 160x200 bed and desk, the second with two 90x200 beds - and a toilet with washbasin. Baby bed and high chair available on request.

Your outdoor space:
You have a beautiful outdoor area (shared with the owners) with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. Access to Stéphanie and Jean-Michel's leisure facilities: a pétanque court with boules for friendly games of bowls, and the Piscine for cooling off when the weather permits (open from June to mid-September, weather permitting and subject to the owners' conditions).
