Gîte on one level (one step access) adjoining the owners' house - Separate entrance - No smoking :

Entrance hall, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, LL and LV, small appliances and Tassimo), living room with sofa, TV, pinball machine, 2 bedrooms (one 12m² with 1 bed 160x200, the other 10m² with 2 beds 90x200 which can be moved closer together), shower room with Italian-style shower, separate WC. Baby equipment (umbrella bed and high chair). Possibility of an extra bed (drawer bed) in the room with the 2 beds. Windows with mosquito nets and electric shutters.
A veranda (unheated) is accessible via SDE. It offers a lovely relaxation area with a year-round heated 9-seater Jacuzzi (integrated Bluetooth speaker), garden furniture area and treadmill. Views over the surrounding countryside and the paddock where chickens live alongside Hip-Hop and Laïka, the family's two ponies. You'll be able to watch magnificent sunsets as you relax!

Please note: The jacuzzi, disinfected with bromine, must be serviced daily by the owners (to be arranged, access from outside so as not to disturb you).

Your outdoor space:
Enclosed garden (fenced) with terrace, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue (bring charcoal) and deckchairs. Possibility of bringing your vehicle inside (gate).
