Short stays of 2 nights or more NO PARTIES OR EVENINGS. Outdoor music not possible. The gîte's capacity cannot be exceeded day or night (maximum 12 people, including Kids). Your non-smoking accommodation: Ground floor: living room (sofas, wood-burning stove, TV, DVD), library (books in French, English, German), open kitchen (coffee-bean machine), WC . Scullery with washing machine. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and en-suite shower room with WC, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160) and sitting area, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (including 1 in 160) and mezzanine with 2 single beds (90). Bathroom with shower, bath and WC. Your outdoor space: 400m² garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and pizza oven. In an enclosed area: small unheated swimming pool (1 by 2 meters, 70 cm deep), with surrounding green Beach. Available: Table tennis, trampoline. Kids and board games available. Concierge services: baby-sitter and restaurant reservations, grocery pick-up and drop-off, tourist information. Pick-up service from the nearest train station - Included in the price: WIFI. Cleaning service. Baby equipment: 4 cots, 2 high chairs, bathtub and changing table - Additional charges: Wood heating with ventilation system (€3 to €7/day). Electricity and water. Tourist tax - Optional extras: bed linen (€10/bed) and towels (€5/person). Pet package 10 € (night/pet). Basket of wood available (€5/pan), for the wood-burning stove to work properly: use wood provided by the owners, it is not possible to bring your own wood. For companies and business travelers: bed linen rental and cleaning package compulsory.

nous avons une fois encore passé un excellent we dans ce gîte accueillant et chaleureux.

Nous venons de passer un week-end en famille absolument parfait dans ce gîte. Gabriel et Saskia sont des hôtes accueillants et disponibles, prêts à rendre service, ce qui fait toute la différence. Le gîte est très bien équipé, pensé avec soin pour que chacun s’y sente bien. Le lieu est calme, à l’abri de la route, le jardin est bien aménagé pour les enfants avec plein de jeux qui les ont ravis. C’était également très sympa de voir les animaux, un vrai plus qui a enchanté petits et grands. Le cadre est un havre de paix où l’on peut se ressourcer en toute tranquillité. Nous repartons enchantés et remplis de beaux souvenirs! Merci encore à Gabriel et Saskia.

Chère famille, merci d'avoir fait confiance en nous pour passer votre weekend en famille dans notre gîte. Un weekend à organiser avec plusieurs générations demande beaucoup de préparations et nous sommes contents que nous avons pu vous accompagner avec des échanges de mail en amont de votre weekend et avec des services comme la réception des courses. We had a great stay at Les Lions. The hosts are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The house is well equipped and small details make you feel at home. If you are staying with a large group I would highly recommend staying here.

Bertinez Excellent holiday home
Lovely gite with plenty of space both downstairs and in the bedrooms. The pictures on the website are very accurate and would fully recommend especially for families. The village is small and quiet but Collomiers is a 15 minute drive and has plenty of amenities and a massive Le Clerc supermarket.
Disneyland Paris and Paris it self are very easy to get to from the gate.
