The holiday cottage’s capacity may not be exceeded at any time, day or night (maximum 12 people, including kids).

Your non-smoking accommodation:
Ground floor: living room (sofas, wood-burning stove, TV, DVD player), library (books in French, English, and German), open kitchen (bean-to-cup coffee machine), restroom. Utility room with washing machine.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and a private bathroom with toilet, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160) and a sitting area, 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (including 1 at 160), and a loft with 2 single beds (90). Bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet.

Your outdoor space:
400m² garden with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a barbecue, and a pizza oven. In an enclosed area: a small unheated pool (1 by 2 meters, 70 cm deep), surrounded by a grassy beach.
Available: Ping-pong table, trampoline. Kids’ toys and board games available.

Concierge services: babysitter and Restaurant reservations, receiving and storing your groceries before your arrival, tourist information. We can pick you up at the nearest train station.

• Included in the price: Wi-Fi. Housekeeping. Baby equipment: 4 cribs, 2 high chairs, a baby bathtub, and a changing table.

• Additional charges: Wood heating via a ventilation system (3 to 7€/day). Electricity and water. Tourist tax.

• Optional services: sheet rental (€10/bed) and towel rental (€5/person). Pet fee: €10 (per night/pet). Wood baskets available (€5/basket); to ensure the wood stove operates properly, please use the wood provided by the owners—you may not bring your own wood.

Note for companies and business travelers: Sheet rental and cleaning fee are mandatory.

“Cool” Features
- Old farmhouse with very thick walls; the house stays particularly cool. Windows face north. Electric ventilation helps keep the rooms cool.
- Tree-lined garden with plenty of shaded areas, a terrace under a grapevine, a parasol, and shade sails. A play area for toddlers located entirely in the shade. Outdoor cooling pool with a small grassy beach, and parking for cars in the shade of a large walnut tree.
- Base de loisirs de Saint-Rémy-de-la-Vanne, Piscine de Coulommiers. Private wooded area a 5-minute walk away. Small river 5 minutes away for cooling off, where dogs are welcome. In Coulommiers: Cinemas, a recreation center with pool tables, bowling, laser tag, and more...
