IMPORTANT: noisy festive events are not permitted in this Holiday cottage. Holiday cottage adjoining a private property.
Ground floor: barn with ping-pong table. Shower room (shower with double basin), WC.
1st floor: Large room (exposed beams) with fully-equipped kitchen area (induction hob/oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans) opening onto living room with wood-burning stove (TV). Bathroom with shower, WC.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds (one with 1 Bunk beds), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Well-decorated, pleasant Holiday cottage.
- Included in the price: WIFI. Baby bed and high chair, wood available for use of wood-burning stove.
- Extra charge: Electric heating. Electricity and water billed (meter reading at end of stay. Off-peak/peak rate according to current EDF rate). Tourist tax
- Optional services: Linen rental (8 €/bed) and towels (5 €/person). Cleaning package (90 €). Pets allowed in certain cases by agreement with the owners.
For companies and business travelers: bed linen rental and cleaning package compulsory.

4C maison
Le gîte est propre et bien équipé, mais le manque d’intimité est regrettable. Il n’y a pas de rideaux dans le salon et la proximité avec la propriétaire, dont la fenêtre donne directement sur le logement, peut mettre mal à l’aise.

Bonjour et merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez trouvé le gîte propre et bien équipé.
Nous comprenons que l'intimité soit un point important, et nous nous excusons si cela a pu vous mettre mal à l'aise.
Je tiens tout de même à préciser que la distance ente ma maison personnelle et le gîte est suffisamment éloignée pour respecter l'intimité de nos clients.
En effet toutes les pièces du gîte sont équipées de stores sauf le salon et la cuisine afin de laisser le plus de luminosité possible dans la pièce mais des volets sont existants si il y a besoin . -

Accueil et communication excellentes, très bon emplacement et gîte tout équipé. Mention spéciale pour la propreté du gîte, tout était vraiment impeccable.

G Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay as a large family group, hiring all three gîtes on the site. Very good location for visits to Disneyland and Paris. The gîte was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative was the electricity wasn’t included and needed to be paid in cash at the end of the stay.
