Bakery 150 m away. Holiday cottage in a tastefully restored farmhouse, set in a shared courtyard planted with flowers. Other accommodation on site (not Gîtes de France®)
Private garden with flowers, terrace, pergola, garden furniture and barbecue.
First floor: large living room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.), dining area, sofa, wood-burning stove, TV and DVD player. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room, separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, small lounge with BZ sofa, shower room with WC. Pleasant Holiday cottage, tastefully decorated.
- Bed linen and cleaning included. Standard WIFI Internet access. Baby bed and high chair.
- Electric heating. Electricity and water charged (according to meter reading). Tourist tax.

Fantastic gite in a lovely village. Clean and comfortable, worked really well for 2 families. Just a short walk to the nearest boulders and easy access to many other locations. Great local bakery too.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this place with my family! The location couldn’t have been better - it’s just a short walk from a fantastic bouldering areas (Elephant and La Dame Jouanne), which made it perfect for climbing without using a car. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, offering a calm retreat after a day outdoors. What really made the stay special, though, was the host - incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I’d love to come back again!

Luc Séjour très agréable, gîte recommandé !
Gîte très bien placé pour rayonner dans le sud du massif de Fontainebleau, dans la petite commune de Larchant.
Le gîte est bien équipé, confortable, très au calme.
Marie et Alain sont des hôtes charmants, "aux petits soins".

Very confortable gite. Plenty of room in the kitchen and living room for a family of five. Also very nice place to stay and eat oiutside.

Pascale Très agréable
Le gîte est parfait, les propriétaires arrangeants et chaleureux. La région est super, les enfants allaient tous les matins à pied au site d'escalade de l'éléphant. Le village est charmant et chargé d'histoire. Je recommande vivement.
