Located in the heart of Domaine Le Picardeau, the charming Holiday cottage "Le Petit Picardeau" sleeps 6 and offers a romantic getaway on the banks of the river Loing. Every 1st Saturday of the month, there's a dance floor until around 1.30 a.m., and in spring/summer, there's live music all week in the bar/restaurant.

This Holiday cottage is the result of the merger of "La Casa" and "Le Belvédère" holiday cottages: Located on the 1st floor of the property, the corridor features a library and various games, and leads to 2 living areas as follows: On the left, "Le Belvédère": living room with dining area, open-plan kitchen (microwave, washing machine). Double bedroom with double bed (140 x 190), shower room/WC. Private terrace with garden furniture. To the right, "La Casa": living room and fully-equipped kitchen. One bedroom with double bed (140 x 190). One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200). Shower room/WC Possibility of two additional beds with the sofa bed in the living room. And don't forget the opportunity to discover Le Picardeau's Bar & Cucina and its creative Italian cuisine based on local produce. Close to all shops, Le Picardeau is near the Champ de Mars, which hosts the largest farmers' market in the City and surrounding area every Saturday morning.
