40 minutes from Paris, 25km from Disneyland® Paris, near Coulommiers and the Parc des Félins. The Holiday cottage "Le parc aux cascades" is set in 4 hectares of wooded parkland.

The property is crossed by the lovely Aubetin River (Swimming allowed) for 400 m, featuring pretty waterfalls (unprotected river).
Private parking. Terrace with barbecue and patio furniture, large wooded garden, outdoor games. Ping-pong table.

Ground floor: Spacious 80 m² living room with a sunroom, featuring a sitting area and a dining area. Dining room with a fireplace and games. Fully equipped kitchen. Half-bath. A large bedroom with 1 double bed (or 2x80) and a private bathroom with a washing machine.
Access via 2 steps to another small living room with a pool table, large bookcase, sofas, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen-bar area.
Upstairs on the mezzanine: one 140-size double bed and a separate bedroom with one 160-size double bed (or two 80-size beds).
Upstairs, accessible via another staircase: one bedroom with one 160-bed double bed (or 2x80), a bathroom/toilet, one bedroom with one 140-bed double bed, and two small bedrooms, each with one single bed (90). Shower room with toilet.

- Included in the price: Heating (heat pump), electricity, and water. Wi-Fi. Baby bed.

- Additional charges: Tourist tax. In winter, the veranda can be heated for an additional fee (check with the owner).

- Optional services: Sheet rental (20 €/bed) and bath linens (8 €/person). Cleaning fee (120 €). Pet fee to be paid on site (10 €/night/pet). Basket/wheelbarrow of firewood (10 € upon request)

Security deposit: 1000 €.

For companies and business travelers: sheet rental and cleaning fee are mandatory.
