Property crossed by the lovely Aubetin river (swimming possible) for 400 m and its pretty waterfalls (river not protected).
Private parking. Terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, large wooded garden, outdoor games. Table tennis.

First floor: spacious 80 m² living room with veranda, lounge and dining area. Dining room with fireplace, gaming room. Fitted kitchen. WC. Large bedroom with 1 double bed (or 2x80) and private bathroom with washing machine.
Access by 2 steps to another small lounge with billiard table, large bookcase, sofas, TV and equipped kitchen-bar area.
On the mezzanine floor: 1 double bed (140cm) and a closed bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm or 2x80cm).
Upstairs with access via another staircase: one bedroom with 1 double bed (160) (or 2 x 80), bathroom/WC, one bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and two smaller bedrooms with 1 single bed each (90). Shower room with WC.

- Heating (heat pump), electricity and water included. WIFI. Baby bed.

- Extra charge : Tourist tax. In winter, the veranda can be heated at an additional cost (see owner).

- Optional services: Linen rental (25 €/bed) and towels (8 €/person). Cleaning fee (180 €). Pets to be paid on site (10 €/night/pet). Wooden basket/barrow (10 € on request).

Deposit : 1000 €.

For companies and business travelers: bed linen rental and cleaning package compulsory.

    Noël en famille

    Très beau cadre pour un Noël en famille. Nous avons apprécié le magnifique parc et sa rivière, la maison pleine de charme, qui a du vécu (il faut aimer l'ancien), et très bien adaptée pour des retrouvailles en famille. Le propriétaire, eu uniquement au téléphone, est fort sympathique et très arrangeant.
    Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour!

    Séjour agréable

    Le gîte est assez adapté pour se retrouver en groupe (famille, amis...). Le parc est très agréable ainsi que la véranda. Le tarif est très compétitif. Deux bémols cependant : l'isolation phonique de la maison n'est pas au top (nous avions de jeunes enfants avec nous et c'était un peu compliqué) et les chambres du 1er étage ne sentaient pas très bon (nous avons aéré mais heureusement que la météo le permettait).

    retour expérience

    Bien que la maison soit spacieuse, la propreté laisse à désirer.
    Chauffage allumé au mois de mai avec obligation de le laisser.
    Maion en chantier, travaux en cours, certaines pieces fermées sans nous avoir prévenu

    we de potes

    Super gite bien au calme avec un beau parc verdoyant et un petit cours d'eau enchanté.
    Le gite est nickel pour un we au vert
    La véranda nous a offerte 2 belles soirées accompagnées d'un poele qui carburait bien !
    Le billard français est aussi sympathique que difficile et la cuisine fonctionnelle
    On y a bien dormi.
    Tres chouette.
    Mention spéciale en plus si la table de pingpong était utilisable (cassée)
