Paris is just 1 km away by RER train.
First floor: living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, etc.). Separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with King Size double bed (180cm - can be split into 2 single beds). 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90 x 190). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and its own bathroom. A second bathroom with WC.
Small garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
- Included in the price: Internet. Baby bed. Bed linen included.
- Electric heating (according to meter reading). Electricity and water. Tourist tax
- Optional services: bathroom linen (4 €/person). Cleaning package (100 €).
ARRIVAL possible on monday / friday / saturday.
Departure on Sunday at 12pm. Weekdays before 10am.
FOR COMPANIES AND PROFESSIONAL TRAVELLERS: compulsory cleaning charge AND 8 €/bed/week for change of sheets.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette maison. Elle est très bien entretenue, confortable et bien équipée. Le cadre est agréable et propice à la détente. La communication avec le propriétaire a été fluide et très agréable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus plaisant. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et n'hésiterons pas à revenir !

Niamh H Very comfortable
The house was surprisingly comfortable given that it is not particularly luxurious - the beds & all seating were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was everything you would need for a self-catering stay including all the main appliances (TV, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee percolator, iron, vacuum etc.) and good WiFi. There was plenty of outdoor seating and a big sturdy parasol to shade the outdoor table. There was a outdoor line for hanging clothes and an airer for indoors. The AC units worked well.
The owner was very responsive and sorted a small issue we had very promptly - thanks Jonathan!
The location was convenient to supermarkets and the RER train station was only a 3 min drive from the house. We weren't particularly impressed by the town of Combs-La-Ville but it was a good base for us to visit Chateau de Veaux le Vicomte and Versailles by car and the Olympic venues in Paris by public transport.- Cleanliness
