Scullery with washing machine. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and private shower room with WC, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160) and sitting area, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and mezzanine with 2 single beds (90). Bathroom with shower, bath and WC. Your outdoor space: 400m² garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and pizza oven. In an enclosed area: small unheated swimming pool (1 by 2 meters, 70 cm deep), with surrounding green Beach. Available: Table tennis, trampoline. Kids and board games available. Concierge services: baby-sitter and restaurant reservations, grocery pick-up and drop-off, tourist information. Pick-up service from the nearest train station - Included in the price: WIFI.
