La Roseraie

Our holiday cottage, La Roseraie, is located on a beautiful 4-hectare property filled with flowers, featuring a park, relaxation areas with views of the Seine, a romantic pond, and a Forest. When you wake up, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Seine from your windows.

In a quiet setting, the holiday cottage has a private entrance from the park side via a staircase.

Recently renovated, this holiday cottage consists of two rooms: an entryway with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, a closet, and one bedroom with a 180-cm double bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV. There is also a bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet.
The holiday cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a washing machine.

Special features: a magnificent view of the Seine, a private terrace, and access to a paved courtyard furnished with sofas, tables, and chairs for your use. A barbecue is also available in the grounds. Secure on-site parking.

- Included in the price: heating, housekeeping fee, sheets, linens, Wi-Fi, baby bed and high chair, water, electricity (excluding electric vehicle charging).

Rentals are available for a minimum of 4 nights (the price is on a sliding scale, depending on the number of nights booked).
