One bedroom with 1 double bed (180x200) and one bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200). Shower room/WC.
Reversible air-conditioning.
Large garden with terrace and garden furniture. Table tennis, pétanque and bicycles available on request. Private parking and carport.
The little extra: Here, pets are welcomed with love. Soft cushion, cat tree, teddy bear, treats and toys.

Laure et Maxime Excellent séjour dans ce gite tout confort
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au chant des oiseaux grâce à Isabelle, son accueil chaleureux et toutes les attentions portées à ce gite full équipé et tout confort. Mention spéciale pour la literie de qualité exceptionnelle et les accessoires/jeux de jardin. Isabelle avait même prévu des jeux pour notre fils de 6 ans. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y séjourner à nouveau lors de notre prochain séjour dans la région.

Superbe gîte chaleureux et calme très bien aménagé literie très très confortable jeux d'extérieur fournis
La propriétaire toujours souriante très accueillante et disponible à tout moment de la journée

jaclo séjour au chant des oiseaux
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Champcenest. Le gite du chant des oiseaux est un petit nid douillet. On est très bien accueilli par Isabelle la propriétaire, disponible et bienveillante. Même notre animal (chien) a été accueilli comme un roi.
Si l'occasion de passer en Seine et Marne se présente à nouveau, nous y retournons sans hésiter et avec grand plaisir.- Cleanliness

Laure Un véritable petit bijou !!
Que dire.. Nous reviendrons !! C'est notre deuxième séjour dans ce gîte, un petit bijou dans un écrin de verdure. Le gîte des oiseaux porte bien son nom avec le chant des oiseaux au réveil et la décoration soignée tournée vers la nature. Les propriétaires sont adorables, d'une gentillesse et d'une bienveillance extrême. Notre petit chien adore courir dans ce grand jardin rien que pour lui !! Un grand merci pour ce merveilleux week-end !!
