Detached holiday cottage with private garden. Owners live nearby.
Entrance opens into the living room (pellet stove) with a fully equipped kitchen area.
One bedroom with 1 double bed (180x200) and one bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200). Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Reversible air conditioning.
Large garden with a patio and patio furniture. Ping-pong table, pétanque set, and bicycles available upon request. Private parking and carport.
The little extra: Pets are warmly welcomed here. Soft cushions, a cat tree, a dog bed, treats, and toys.
- Included in the price: Sheets, towels, Wi-Fi. Baby bed.
- Additional charges: Electric heating, electricity, water. Air conditioning and wood stove (if used) - Tourist tax
- Optional services: Cleaning fee (€60). Bag of pellets for the wood stove: €10.

"Cool" Theme

Isabelle est une belle personne. Aimable,accueillante et disponible...
Le gîte est trés confortable avec du petit et gros électro-ménager haut de gamme sans parler de la literie digne d un grand hôtel. La climatisation est appréciable.
Situé à 15 mns de Provins où grâce au pass nous avons pu visiter de nombreux monuments gratuitement.
Le château de la Motte Tilly est à voir absolument !

les Montalbanais 82 superbe gîte idéalement situé
2ème séjour dans ce gite toujours aussi parfait à 15 mn de Provins. Isabelle et Laurent toujours aussi sympathiques et aux petits soins de leurs hôtes. Isabelle nous conseille parfaitement pour nous faire découvrir des lieux authentiques et il y en a énormément (musée de la vie d'autrefois, Moret sur Loing et ses sucres d'orge, ...) Perle, notre bichon a bien reconnu le gite et son grand parc clôturé. Elle a fait la fête à Isabelle et ses animaux. C'est sûr nous reviendrons ne serait ce que pour voir la Roseraie en fleurs ainsi que les alentours (Fontainebleau, Vau le vicomte, Barbizon, Marne la vallée et bien d'autres lieux encore)

tout est fait pour que le séjour se passe à merveille : accueil très chaleureux avec discrétion et bienveillance y compris pour notre chienne
Intérieur très confortable, cosy et très propre
Environnement très calme et reposant en pleine campagne : un havre de paix
A proximité de sites touristiques incontournables (provins, château Fontainebleau et Vaux le Vicomte ainsi que le parc "lumigny safari réserve" .. etc)

JL Breton Séjour exceptionnel et enCHANTeur
Gîte exceptionnel : confort, propreté, équipement, calme total...
Accueil exceptionnel de la propriétaire : disponibilité, conseils, petites attentions (bière locale à l'accueil, muguet pour le 1er mai...), documentation mise à disposition (oiseaux, nature...).
Bonus : le chant du rossignol une partie de la nuit !

Dom 91 Parenthèse magique pour 2 citadines
Calme et repos assuré !
Nous rêvions de randonnées,repas sur la terrasse ou dans le jardin, lecture dans une chaise longue...mais la météo a contrarié nos projets!
Heureusement,la propriétaire très accueillante et disponible nous a conseillé sorties et visites en fonction de nos goûts et centres d'intérêt...et nous n'avons pas vu la semaine passer!- Cleanliness
