Detached holiday cottage with private garden. Owners live nearby.
Entrance opens into the living room (pellet stove) with a fully equipped kitchen area.
One bedroom with 1 double bed (180x200) and one bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200). Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Reversible air conditioning.
Large garden with a patio and patio furniture. Ping-pong table, pétanque set, and bicycles available upon request. Private parking and carport.
The little extra: Pets are warmly welcomed here. Soft cushions, a cat tree, a dog bed, treats, and toys.
- Included in the price: Sheets, towels, Wi-Fi. Baby bed.
- Additional charges: Electric heating, electricity, water. Air conditioning and wood stove (if used) - Tourist tax
- Optional services: Cleaning fee (€60). Bag of pellets for the wood stove: €10.

Gigi super séjour
3 semaines super, malgré la mauvaise météo du mois de mais. Propriétaires très chaleureux, à l'écoute de nos besoins et de très bons conseils.

Les filles Sortie fille
Le gite est trés propre.il y a tout ce qu il faut meme des velos electrique. Les lits sont très confortable. Mon chien avait même son petit coin a lui et des jouets. Isabelle nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et une petite attention pour tout le monde même le toutou. Elle veille sur notre confort en toute discrétion. Merci pour les produits des fermes environnante. Le meilleur accueil que j ai eu depuis bien longtemps. Je recommence chaudement le gite les animaux sont vraiment bien venu. Il y a des coin promenade juste a côté

Les Frangines Vacances en famille
Si vous souhaitez passer des vacances dans un endroit calme, douillet et accueillant,allez donc au gîte "le chant des oiseaux".De plus il y a plein de belles balades à faire aux alentours.Nos compagnons animaux y sont accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance et tout est fait pour que eux aussi se sentent bien.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants,discrets.

Cyril Un weekend parfait !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte. L’accueil était superbe ! Le gîte est idéalement situé (au calme et à seulement 15 minutes de Provins), très confortable et bien équipé. Tout était parfait.
