Only 35 km from Paris and 15 km from Disneyland Paris, the Tree of Life is a pleasant cottage for 4 people. Alain and Maryse, the owners, are on site.

The Holiday cottage has two terraces and a private garden. Outdoor games including a trampoline (under parents' responsibility), indoor games. Garden shed with garden furniture and storage space (for your stroller, etc.).
Free enclosed parking inside the property, with the possibility of parking a camper van if required. Alarm-protected Holiday cottage.

First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combi oven, washing machine) opening onto living room opening onto tiled terrace. Living room with TV area, DVD player, WIFI, sofa bed. Shower room with Italian-style shower (1.20m x 1.20m). Separate WC.
Upstairs: two mezzanine bedrooms served by two separate staircases with ample storage space:
One bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 190 cm), lit by a VELUX roof window.
One bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm), lit by a "VELUX" roof window, desk/dressing table.
These two independently-accessible bedrooms benefit from a small door separating them, enabling you to keep an eye on the little ones. A Kids safety system is installed at the top of the stairs.

If the remote control is lost or not returned on departure, a charge of 44 € will be made by the owner.
