The owners live on-site and ensure the peace and quiet of the property.
The outdoor area may not be used for parties or other gatherings, out of respect for the neighbors (there are other residences on the property) and for insurance reasons.

OVERCAPACITY IS PROHIBITED (whether for sleeping or not).

La Tanière Holiday cottage:
Ground floor: accessed via three steps. Large living room with TV. Fully equipped kitchenette (oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x200), bathroom with washer and dryer. Separate toilet.
Outdoor furniture and barbecue. Parking on the property.

- Included in the price: Internet (fiber). Baby bed available upon request.

- Additional charges: Electric heating, electricity, and water (based on meter readings). Air-conditioned holiday cottage (electricity charged separately). Pet fee (15 €/pet/night).
