NON-SMOKING HOLIDAY COTTAGE. NO PARTIES.

First floor: large living room (TV/DVD), wood-burning stove (wood €8), kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed in 160 (2x80), shower room, WC, laundry room (1 washing machine, 1 dryer).
1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, shower room, WC.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, bathroom, WC.

- Included in the price: Bed linen. WIFI. Baby bed. High chair.

- Additional charges: Oil heating (flat rate of €30 to €40/day). Electricity, water. Tourist tax .

- Optional services: bathroom linen rental (€9/person). Cleaning package (115 €) which does not include the cleaning of the barbecue and its grills. Lumber.

For bookings made directly with the owner, payment can be made by bank transfer, vacation vouchers or cash (cheque dishonoured 15 days before arrival).
